CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
Olive Glen Condominium Association was incorporated in 1979 in the State of Florida. The Association consists of 276 units located on approximately 20 acres in Pompano Beach, Florida. Olive Glen is divided into three (3) associations – Olive Glen Gardens (160 units), Olive Glen Villas I (64 units), and Olive Glen Villas II (52 units). The Association functions as the manager for the three declared condominiums and includes the operation and maintenance of the common property and recreation area.

For the vast majority of its history, agriculture can be described as having been organic; only during the 20th century was a large supply of new products, but not organic, introduced into food production.
Amenities
The monthly maintenance dues include water, garbage, sewer, landscaping, and access to recreational area (purchase of key required) that includes a pool and tennis courts.
